I am a graduate student in Biology with undergraduate degrees in both Philosophy and History. I was excited when Chris approached me about the idea of starting HSP because I felt like this was a fantastic opportunity to utilize my love of history and historical research. I tie my (seemingly unrelated degrees) together in HSP by doing the historical research for each case, using my philosophy background to question what we find, and using my science background to demand evidence before forming any conclusions.
My primary duty in the group is to do preliminary research about the reported haunting, the property, and a general history of investigation site. I accompany Chris to the initial meetings with the clients to explain the research I’ve done and to help layout the general plan for the investigation.
